1. Congrats to Branch Warren on the Arnold win. Wish I could've seen it in person.2. I'll return from an isolated area in 2 weeks and will be hitting the gym hard. And hopefully competing in '12 NLABBA bodybuilding show. I'll keep you posted hopefully youtube wise.
